I am the co founder of NEO Gym in the Costa Blanca Spain. I have always been an athlete and have trained more then 100 women both in my Gym and online.  I offer one to one private coaching as well as a Group Functional Strength Program for women to have amazing mobility, build muscle and have healthy balanced hormones.... forever!!
